One of the many reasons we find people are homophobic is because of an obscure idea that homosexuality is unnatural. They say, as a weak defence, that it shouldn’t be. That it’s going against what is natural for life. This is not an article about fighting against this ludicrous idea that it is seemingly ‘unnatural’ to like the same sex. That will come next month!
We need to address the issue more that homosexuality is something over sexualised. As we progress towards a universal expectance, there comes the negative impacts of this. The fetishisation of LGBT people as a source of sordid sexual satisfaction.
You see it all the time, jokes about homosexual people’s sexual activities made into lude and disgusting imagery in the minds of the twisted minorities. They think it’s except-able to ask a homosexual person crude things because they automatically think of sex when they are confronted by someone who likes the same gender.
I’m sorry if this is had to hear, but its true. The vast majority of people who do not except LGBT people, saying they are wrong or disgusting are automatically thinking about the person sexually. To me this is bizarre. We would never automatically think about the specifics of a man having sex with a woman in such an in depth and sordid way.
So why is it a normal thing to do when it comes to people liking people of the same gender? It’s not, and that’s a fact.
It’s weird. Your weird if you think in such a way. I have no sympathy for people who say they are straight but then have these thoughts automatically.
You’re obviously surrounding yourself with highly sexualised views of what a LGBTQ person is. In doing this and vocalising your opinion that nobody asked for, your actually revealing the fact that you enjoy spending your life thinking about genitals and where they go.
I mean, even weirder… there not even your genitals. They are an other persons genitals that you will never see because they really probably never want to touch you if you were the last person on this doomed planet.
So I think a lesson that a lot of people need to learn is how human LGBTQ people are. they tend to separate themselves from people who are different and sit in dark rooms overthinking about things that may not even be.
There are a lot of myths surrounding homosexuality that can be answered with a simple search on the internet. Hopefully there people who are confused with questions and overcome with misconception can find peace in knowing that LGBTQ people are not aliens who are wanting to probe you with any chance they can get, but are normal people who function well in a civilised society, and who are not at all sexualised objects to satisfy your urges.
We can all live on this planet without bullying people for being born the way they are, so why not just do that.
